Can I stop using direct deposit and still keep my account?
Yes. You can stop using direct deposit and keep your account. Although you may lose access to some account perks by canceling direct deposit, it will not impact your ability to keep using your GO2bank account.
To stop direct deposit to your account, contact your employer or benefits provider directly and they’ll tell you how to do so. Even if you set up your direct deposit through the GO2bank app, you will be unable to cancel direct deposit via the app.
