How can we help?

What if a cashier tells me I can't deposit cash to a GO2bank card at the store, or cash deposits are only for Green Dot cards?

Give the cashier your cash and card, then ask the cashier to swipe your card. The register will automatically determine if the GO2bank card is one of hundreds of debit cards eligible for cash deposits. If your debit card isn’t eligible, the register will automatically decline the deposit attempt.
