Why did my transaction get declined?
Transactions can be declined for several reasons:
– Your card isn’t activated yet.
– Your card has expired.
– You locked your card.
– An incorrect PIN was entered.
– There are insufficient funds in your account.
– The transaction looks different than your normal spending patterns.
– The transaction violates the terms of your Deposit Account Agreement (e.g. used on unlawful domestic / international gambling websites, to purchase illegal goods / services, or for cash / teller withdrawals at ATMs outside of the U.S. and its territories, Canada, and Mexico.)
